ProofBet is an AI-powered football prediction and bet tracking application. We provide:

• Daily match predictions generated by AI
• Confidence scores for each prediction
• A personal bet tracker to record and analyze your bets
• Performance analytics (win rate, ROI, profit/loss)

ProofBet does NOT:

• Accept, place, or process bets or wagers of any kind
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, or any financial betting transactions
• Operate as a sportsbook, bookmaker, or betting exchange
• Provide financial or investment advice

Our AI predictions are based on historical match data, team performance, and other factors. Important points to understand:

• Past accuracy rates do not guarantee future results
• No prediction model is perfect — all outcomes involve uncertainty
• Accuracy rates displayed in the app are based on verified historical results
• Predictions should be considered as one data point, not a definitive answer

You are solely responsible for:

• Any betting decisions you make, whether or not influenced by our predictions
• Any financial gains or losses resulting from your betting activity
• Ensuring that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction
• Managing your own betting budget and behavior

ProofBet is not liable for any losses or damages arising from decisions you make based on our predictions or analytics.

We encourage all users to practice responsible behavior:

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose
• Do not view betting as a source of income
• Set personal limits on your betting activity
• Take breaks if you feel betting is affecting your well-being
• Seek professional help if you think you may have a gambling problem

If you or someone you know needs help with problem gambling, visit gamblersanonymous.org or contact a local support organization.
