1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProofBet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ProofBet is an AI-powered football predictions and bet tracking application. The app provides daily match predictions with bet tracking tools, and performance analytics. ProofBet is NOT a betting platform and does not process any financial betting transactions.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

ProofBet offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("ProofBet Premium") that provide access to premium features including AI-powered match predictions, advanced analytics, and unlimited bet tracking history.

Subscription Plans:

  • Weekly subscription
  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription

Billing:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region and currency.
  • Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Auto-Renewal:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
  • The renewal cost may change if the subscription price is updated; you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

Cancellation & Management:

  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Free Trials:

  • ProofBet may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions.
  • If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Predictions Disclaimer

All predictions provided by ProofBet are generated by AI for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or any form of guaranteed outcome.

  • Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results.
  • You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make based on our predictions.
  • ProofBet does not encourage, facilitate, or promote gambling. We do not operate as a sportsbook or betting operator.
  • Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please seek help from a qualified professional.

6. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use ProofBet. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under the minimum age.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ProofBet — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, prediction algorithms, and software — are owned by ProofBet and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProofBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service.
  • Any financial losses incurred from betting decisions made based on our predictions.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any interruption or cessation of service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app's account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of ProofBet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
